Unicore combines the high efficiency of a “wound type” core with the cost and production benefits of “stacked” laminations. Unicore is made with electrical steel strips folded into a rectangular shape by a special machine. with open stepping

Unicore reduces the interface and air gap comparing with lamination. the no-load loss drops 30-50%, which greatly improves the performance of the core and saves a large number of operating hours of stacking. It is an upgraded product of the lamination core. It is widely used in new energy fields such as energy-saving and emission reduction, like UPS power supply, inverter power supply, etc. Capacity Specifications: 5KVA-500KVA
