Nicore India operates 2 high-speed precision  slitting lines at Bangalore. Both machines are imported and equipped with  Japanese slitters.  high-speed precision slitting lines using Japanese imported rolling scissors, slitting speed of up to 200 m / min, slit strip width of up to 6 mm, burr less than 0.02 mm, low price, fast delivery (fastest delivery every other day)

TC Metal operates 3 slitting lines at two locations to provide you the shortest lead times in the industry. We also work routinely with customer Kanban, Just-in-Time (JIT), and stocking requirements.

Slitting material:

  1. Oriented silicon steel sheet.
  2. Non-oriented silicon steel sheet.
  3. Copper ribbon.
  4. Aluminum strip.
  5. Stainless steel sheet.
  6. Other metal strips.
  7. Masterbatch width: 1300mm
  8. Thickness: 0.15-1.0mm
